• Return/onward flight ticket — SVG immigration guidance says visitors should have a return ticket.
• Accommodation confirmation — hotel, Airbnb, or the address of whoever you're staying with.
• Proof of funds — visitors may be asked to demonstrate that they can support themselves during their stay.
• Travel/medical insurance — strongly recommended.
• Visa, if your nationality requires one. SVG's visa requirements depend on nationality, so if you tell me what passport you hold, I can check exactly whether you need a visa.
• Copies of important documents — keep digital copies of your passport, flight confirmation, accommodation and insurance on your phone and preferably one backup copy.
• If you're bringing prescription medication, SVG Customs advises keeping it in its original labeled container.

Also, SVG Customs says travelers must declare items brought into the country when required, and currency over EC$10,000 or its foreign-currency equivalent must be declared

• It is the main currency you'll use for taxis, food, shopping, etc.
• US dollars are sometimes accepted by businesses, but EC dollars are best for everyday spending.
• ATMs are available, and cards are accepted at many hotels, restaurants and larger businesses.

If you're travelling from the US, the EC dollar is conveniently fixed at EC$2.70 = US$1. So US$100 = EC$270.

The official Vincy Mas guidance also specifically recommends comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hydration and keeping valuables secure, especially at crowded events.

Deposits are non-refundable; however, name changes are allowed for the hotel **(ONLY)** portion of your package by Jan 1, 2027.

Costumes are non-refundable after the deposit is made for the item; however, you are SOLELY responsible if you transfer/resell the costume.

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to arktravelbiz@gmail.com with your full name and date of travel.
If you do not receive acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call **(754)-444-1954** to ensure your information was received.
Please inform your roommate of your cancellation since they will be responsible for paying a "Single" occupancy rate, if you are not replaced.

Roundtrip transportation is included for:

FAQ — Can I Upgrade My Costume?

YES – When the costumes are released, I will provide that info to the group. You would be responsible for the difference in cost if you want to upgrade beyond "Backline."
The band chosen is a well respected mas band that has been participating in Vincy Mas for approx 40yrs (MIRAGE).

FAQ — Can I Play Mas With Another Band or Attend Other Carnival Events?

YES and YES! I highly suggest that you attend other carnival events. I will send the list of events as soon as the schedule is released, so you can see which you are interested in attending.
